You drive up to your favorite steak house. Your mouth waters at the savory aroma wafting across the parking lot. You head to the restaurant door.

They harden the grease by chilling it, and then sweep it off the surfaces to be cleaned. The surfaces are sanitized at the same time. There's no caustic solution to endanger workers. Time and labor are saved, worker safety is improved, and an unpleasant cleaning chore becomes a lot less bother.
